Your Day In Detail

At BAPS Hospital, your health assessment is thoughtfully planned to ensure comfort, clarity, and clinical excellence from start to finish. From the moment you arrive, our experienced, English-speaking team is dedicated to guiding you with compassion and professionalism throughout your medical journey.

Each day follows a clear, well-organised schedule, minimising waiting times and ensuring you feel informed and at ease. You’ll receive world-class diagnostic care in a calm, supportive environment designed to put you first.

Although travelling abroad for a health check may feel unfamiliar, you’re never alone. With personalised support and a dedicated care coordinator by your side, your time at BAPS Hospital will feel reassuring, smooth, and entirely focused on your well-being.

Day 1

Initial Assessment & Advanced Imaging ​

7:00 AM - 8:00 AM

Experience discreet and comfortable blood collection in the privacy of your hotel

8:00 AM - 9:00 AM

Private transfer to GIC Prime facility for advanced imaging

9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Priority testing (fasting required)

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM

Return to the comfort of your hotel for lunch

2:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Rest and recharge period

3:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Final assessments will be carried out

If your tests are completed before 4:00 PM

Transfer to hospital for ECG
Dermatology consultation
Potential biopsy procedures (if required)

Day 2

Specialised Diagnostics & Consultations

9:00 AM

Scheduled hospital arrival

9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

ECG , Complete sonography , Mammography (for female patients) , Ophthalmology consultation , Endocrinologist consultation (if required)

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM

Return to the comfort of your hotel for lunch

2:00 PM - 3:00 PM

Rest and recharge period

3:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Gynaecologist , Orthopaedic surgeon , ENT specialist , General surgeon , Endocrinologist (if not seen earlier)

6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Administration of Peglec preparation for next day's CT Colonoscopy

Day 3

Final Procedures & Assessment

8:00 - 9:00 AM

Private transfer to GIC Prime facility for CT Colonoscopy

9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

CT Colonoscopy procedure

Post-procedure

Private transfer to hospital for consultation or return to hotel for your lunch
1-hour rest and recharge period

Afternoon Consultations:

Cardiologist, Oncology physician, Additional specialist consultations (if required) (GI Physician/Nephrologist/Urologist)

Final consultation

Final consultation with General Medicine physician for comprehensive review

A fourth day may be scheduled

Additional GI Physician consultation (if needed)
Final consultation with a Senior Physician (if not completed on Day 3)

Please Note

Specialist consultation timings may vary depending on physician availability.

Peglec intake: All patients must take Peglec between 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM on Day 2 to prepare for the CT Colonoscopy.

An International Patient Coordinator (IPC) will assist with all transfers and scheduling to ensure a smooth process.

You will complete any final paperwork (most will be handled prior to your visit).

After your CT scans (if applicable), you may have something to eat and drink.

For advanced imaging services like CT and MRI scans, you will visit an external facility. To ensure a seamless experience, a dedicated team member will personally escort you between BAPS Hospital and GIC Prime, providing full support throughout the process.
